Job description
Responsibilities

Contract Management & Legal Oversight:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), O&M contracts, warranty agreements, and post-COD service addendums.
  • Manage, negotiate, and resolve warranty claims under performance warranties, ensuring contractual rights and obligations are enforced and properly documented.
  • Lead contract risk assessments and advise Service and Commercial teams on contract strategy.
  • Support dispute management, claims handling, and interpretation of contractual obligations.
  • Ensure contractual terms align with company policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and compliance frameworks in coordination with the Legal team.
  • Work closely with Legal to ensure consistent implementation of processes required under FSR, ESG, export controls, and other relevant regulations.
Service Business Support
  • Partner closely with the Service team to evaluate technical data, root-cause findings, and operational KPIs during warranty-claim assessments.
  • Prepare and negotiate customer-facing and supplier-facing warranty claim submissions, including performance-related claims, degradation claims, and component failures.
  • Support tender responses related to service scope, warranties, preventive maintenance, and spare-parts offerings.
  • Monitor contract performance, warranty periods, liability caps, and liquidated damages exposure.
  • Support the Service team in customer meetings related to contract execution, change orders, warranty discussions, and claims.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to align contractual deliverables with product capabilities.
Requirements
  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent); preference for candidates with a bar admission or legal practicing certification.
  • 3–6 years of experience in contract management, legal counsel roles, or service contract administration—preferably in the energy, renewables, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and negotiating warranty claims, ideally in performance-based or technically complex products.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, risk allocation, warranties, liability frameworks, and service-level obligations.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex technical or service agreements.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements to operational contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent English and other addition European language would be a plus.
Preferred:
  • Experience in renewable energy, BESS, or power infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with O&M operations, asset management, or technical service processes.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
