Qualifications

• Customer-focused with passion for service.
• Experience in service advisor or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair scheduling is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally.
• Manage service bookings and workshop loading.
• Prepare service estimates clearly and quickly.
• Keep customers updated on costs, progress and authorisations.
• Prepare job cards and raise invoices.
