Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Sittingbourne is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist for our busy commercial vehicle workshop. You will be the main link between retail and fleet customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth communications, accurate scheduling and high customer satisfaction from check-in to handover.

The role requires previous service desk experience in automotive settings, strong telephone skills, excellent IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS!)
