Hawk Hiring LTD in Oxford seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor/Receptionist to join the front-of-house service team. You will guide customers through service, MOT, or repairs, ensuring satisfaction and contributing to department revenue.

Ideal candidates have automotive service experience, strong communication, and a proven upsell ability. The role includes on-site work with parking and regular hours Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings and full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or customer service executive in automotive retail or workshop environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record in upselling and retaining customers.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) such as Kerridge, Key2, or Pinewood Drive is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer check-ins and check-outs.
• Liaise between retail customers and workshop technicians.
• Upsell routine maintenance and add-on services.
• Process service bookings and updates on repairs.
• Provide regular repair progress updates to customers.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + performance bonus (realistic £36,000 OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1 in 3 Saturday mornings on rota)

Role Overview

• Full UK driving licence.
