Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership team. You will be the crucial link between customers and technicians, delivering warm, professional service, confirming maintenance requirements, and coordinating repair bookings.

You will also use your sales skills to present additional maintenance products to keep customers safe on the road.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or high-volume Retail/Sales background).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and comfortable utilising sales skills to offer add-on products, upsell services, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Methodical approach with good IT and administrative capability.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (DOE) + realistic bonus structure with OTE up to £36,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) — NO WEEKEND WORK!
