Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Ashford is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership team. You will welcome customers, manage service bookings from start to finish, and ensure an exceptional overall experience while maximising upselling opportunities.

The role requires a background in customer-facing environments, strong communication, and sales-mindedness. A full UK driving licence is preferred. On-site parking and a friendly, supportive team await.

• Background in a customer-facing role (Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or high-volume Retail / Hospitality environment).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for building lasting customer relationships.
• Methodical, organised and confident using sales skills to recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities under fast-paced workshop conditions.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (DOE) + realistic monthly performance bonus (OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM / half-day rota)
