Gravesend Ford dealership is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy workshop team in Gravesend. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, updating clients on vehicle status, booking vehicles in, upselling aftersales products, and ensuring all administration and GDPR guidelines are met.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary link between customers and workshop, updating vehicle status.
• Book vehicles in and manage aftersales bookings.
• Upsell aftersales products and ensure GDPR-compliant administration.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic per annum + realistic OTE (£33,500)
• Hours: Full-time permanent, Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (07:30 - 12:30 on Saturdays)

Role Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy Ford dealership workshop team in Gravesend. Requirements

• Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Great attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or an automotive aftersales/service advisor role is highly advantageous, though full training is provided for candidates looking to start their automotive career.
• Proficiency using computer software systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
