Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a proactive Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy workshop reception in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will be the primary liaison between customers and our technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle handover and ongoing client care.

The role requires prior service/advisor experience in a fast-paced automotive environment, outstanding communication, solid IT literacy, strong organizational skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Specialist, or Aftersales Coordinator in an automotive main dealer or fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage workshop bookings.
• Act as liaison between customers and workshop technicians to ensure a smooth handover.
• Handle inbound inquiries and arrange onward travel as needed.
• Complete job card administration and maintain accurate records.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
