Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Brighton is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor / Car Receptionist to join our busy aftersales team. You will provide exceptional front-of-house service, manage workshop bookings, and guide customers through servicing, maintenance and repair journeys.

The role requires experience in automotive aftersales, excellent communication, and strong IT skills. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rotating shift patterns)

Role Overview

Seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor / Car Receptionist to join our busy aftersales department. You will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service, managing workshop bookings, and guiding customers smoothly through their vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair journey.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Coordinator, or Customer Service Executive (automotive dealership background preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills, professional phone manner, and strong IT competency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume customer environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
