Hawk Hiring LTD in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership service team. You will act as the link between customers and workshop technicians, explaining service work clearly and managing bookings.

The role involves upselling core maintenance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and working with our DMS such as Keyloop/CDK or Kerridge. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales specialist in franchised dealership or busy workshop.
• Strong communication skills with CSAT and upselling targets.
• Proficiency with dealer management systems (DMS) like Keyloop/CDK or Kerridge.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (essential).

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + bonus scheme (realistic £36,000 OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturdays 1 in 3 on a rotating rota)

Role Overview

Seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership service team. Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Specialist within a franchised dealership or busy independent workshop
• Strong communication skills with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and upselling targets
• Proficiency with automotive dealer management systems (DMS e.g., Keyloop/CDK, Kerridge, or similar)
• Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
