Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Ashford is seeking a proactive Service Advisor/Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will welcome customers, manage service or repair bookings from start to finish, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maximising upselling opportunities.

The role requires a background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Background in a customer-facing role (Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales, or high-volume retail/hospitality).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for building lasting customer relationships.
• Methodical, organised, and confident using sales skills to recommend products and services.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities under fast-paced workshop conditions.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Front-of-house customer reception and service bookings management.
• Vehicle check-ins and job card preparation.
• Customer updates throughout service/repair journey.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (DOE) + realistic monthly performance bonus (OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM / half-day rota)
