Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership service team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will act as the main link between customers and workshop technicians, delivering high-quality care, explaining service work, and managing bookings with a focus on upselling approved maintenance.

The role requires proven experience in a franchised dealership or busy workshop, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with DMS systems.

Formación

• Proven experience as Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Specialist in a franchised dealership or busy workshop.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of CSAT and upselling targets.
• Proficiency with automotive dealer management systems (DMS e.g., Keyloop/CDK, Kerridge, or similar).

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + bonus scheme (realistic £36,000 OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturdays 1 in 3 on a rotating rota)

Role Overview

Seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership service team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our customers and our workshop technicians. You will deliver high-quality customer care, explain service work clearly, manage bookings, and maximize upsell opportunities in line with brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Specialist within a franchised dealership or busy independent workshop
• Strong communication skills with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and upselling targets
• Proficiency with automotive dealer management systems (DMS e.g., Keyloop/CDK, Kerridge, or similar)
• Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Base: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategically situated right off the A21 and A26, offering fast access from across Kent and East Sussex
