Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Advisor / Automotive Front Desk Specialist to join our independent vehicle workshop. You will handle service bookings, advise customers on vehicle health checks, prepare parts quotes, order components and liaise with the workshop team to ensure a smooth, five-star customer experience.

• Ability to multi-task between customer service desk duties and workshop logistics.
• Full UK driving licence.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
