• Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer or automotive customer service.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Confident using workshop management systems and computer tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + bonus structure
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis

Role Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor / Service Writer to act as the primary link between our customers and workshop team. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Customer Service Specialist.

• Full UK driving licence.
