Job summary
Hawk Hiring LTD is representing a premier family-run automotive group in the Tunbridge Wells area for a Customer Service Advisor / Service Writer. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, handling service bookings, explaining vehicle health checks, and preparing repair quotes to support end-to-end satisfaction.
This on-site role offers a £33,000 basic salary with a bonus structure, with hours Monday to Friday and a 1-in-3 Saturday rota, plus benefits including 28 days
Qualifications
- Experience as Service Advisor/Service Writer or automotive customer service.
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
- Proficient with workshop management DMS software and computer systems.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + bonus structure
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis

Seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor / Service Writer to act as the primary link between our customers and workshop team. You will handle incoming service bookings, explain vehicle health checks clearly, prepare repair quotes, and ensure every driver leaves with a positive 5-star experience.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Customer Service Specialist.
- Strong communication skills with an approachable, customer-first mindset.
- Confidence using workshop management DMS software and computer systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Base: Tunbridge Wells Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly served by the A21 and A26 corridors, offering fast links to the M25 and surrounding region.
- Public Transport: Accessible via main rail lines and local bus connections.
- Commutable From: Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Paddock Wood, Maidstone, and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
