Based in Tunbridge Wells, this on-site role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£32,000 plus a bonus structure, 28 days holiday, pension, staff vehicle discounts, uniform provided and free secure on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Customer Service Specialist.
• Strong communication skills with an approachable, customer-first mindset.
• Confidence using workshop management DMS software and computer systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + bonus structure
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis
