Job summary

Dick Lovett Land Rover Melksham is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service for servicing and repairs at our premium dealer. You will manage bookings, explain required repairs, and work closely with the Workshop to meet timelines.

The role requires previous Service Advisor experience, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills. You will join a supportive team in a busy, customer‑facing environment with manufacturer training and development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Organised, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred.
