Job summary

Land Rover Droitwich is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Droitwich dealership. The role involves handling customer vehicles, coordinating with the workshop, and delivering a seamless service experience from arrival to handover.

The position operates Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturday rota shifts, and includes an OTE of £40,000. You will work in a busy environment, aiming to exceed targets, upsell services, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering an excellent customer service experience.
• Well-presented with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally meeting targets.
• Good organisation and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is an advantage.
• Motor trade or car dealership experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop to schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and authorise additional work with follow-up calls.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
