Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Taunton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at a premium dealership. You will be the face of the customer service experience, coordinating between customers and workshop to ensure a seamless, professional service from first contact to vehicle handover.

You’ll need strong communication, a proactive approach and the ability to upsell where appropriate, while delivering targets and maintaining excellent service standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Previous customer-facing experience (essential).
Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations.
Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair.
Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business.
