Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Bolton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at Bolton. You will be the face of the department, coordinating between customers and workshop to ensure a premium service from start to finish.

The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
• A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.
