Job summary

Sytner Land Rover Coventry is looking for a Service Advisor to act as the key link between customers and the workshop, explaining servicing needs and keeping clients informed at every stage. You will liaise with technicians, advise on products and services, and help ensure vehicles are ready on time in a busy, customer-focused environment.

This role offers training through our in-house Learning & Development and Land Rover manufacturer courses, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and progress with in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop and inform on servicing.
• Keep customers updated at every stage and answer questions.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
