Arnold Clark Group in Inverness is seeking a Service Advisor at our Citroen/Peugeot/Vanstore branch to help deliver a fantastic customer experience for service and vehicle repairs.

You will be a warm, articulate communicator who can explain options clearly, liaise with workshop teams, and manage bookings and invoices while safeguarding both customer and company interests. Full-time hours apply.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service role and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to use computer systems to handle bookings, invoicing and records.
• Clear communication and confident interaction with customers and workshops.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage workload and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs professionally.
• Liaise with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work in the system.
• Manage all invoices and purchasing while protecting customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs with clear, accurate guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle details and service histories.
• Upsell where appropriate and maintain knowledge of aftersales products.
