Arnold Clark is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Bolton Motorstore. The role focuses on delivering a superb experience for service and vehicle repair customers, with a warm, articulate communicator who can provide star-level service daily.

Key duties include coordinating with the workshop, managing service and repair processes, and maintaining accurate customer records while upselling where appropriate. Full-time hours Tue–Sat and a customer-focused, proactive mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with the workshop to progress work through the system.
• Control computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes, protecting customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Treat dissatisfied customers with empathy and ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain accurate customer records such as vehicle details and service histories.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate.
• Keep the customer database up to date and accurate.
