Job summary

Arnold Clark in Glasgow is seeking a Service Advisor at our SEAT/Cupra branch on Royston Road. You will deliver a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers, acting as the face of the branch with warm communication and professionalism.

This role suits someone with customer service background who enjoys exceeding expectations and solving problems. Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays; local client focus and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Able to use IT systems and manage customer records.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Inform customers about faults or repairs with clear, accurate options.
• Address dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
