Responsibilities

• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs with clear solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.
• Upsell where appropriate while protecting customer and company interests.
• Maintain the customer database for accuracy and compliance.
