Job summary

Thrive Trowbridge is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Melksham area for a permanent Service Advisor role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, updating them on their vehicles and explaining repairs and services.

This full-time, Mon-Fri position offers a competitive salary with bonus, free parking and opportunities for career progression within a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is preferable.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure where no two days are the same.
• Good IT skills.
