Thrive Trowbridge is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Melksham area for a permanent Service Advisor role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, updating them on their vehicles and explaining repairs and services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is preferable.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure where no two days are the same.
• Good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in person and over the phone.
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicles.
• Explain repairs and services to customers.
• Liaison with internal departments including the workshop.
• Providing accurate information on repairs and services.
