Thrive Group are working with a client in Trowbridge to recruit a permanent Service Advisor. You will greet customers as they bring vehicles, note issues, conduct basic inspections, and explain recommended repairs with clear estimates.

You will schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians to ensure timely work, and maintain accurate data records. The role is full-time with a 42.3 hour week, a generous holiday allowance, health and wellbeing support, free onsite parking, and staff discounts.

Formación

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers bringing in their vehicle to find out if they any issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers.
• Explain recommended repairs and services to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
