Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Hastings is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Receptionist to join our friendly front-of-house team. You will be the main contact for customers, handling enquiries, scheduling servicing, MOTs, and repairs, and communicating repair updates in plain English.

Collaborating with workshop technicians, you will ensure a smooth, high-standard customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Receptionist, or Front-of-House automotive customer service specialist.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain mechanical work clearly to customers.
• Strong organizational skills with garage management software and booking systems.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
