Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or motor trade environment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to upsell products and meet targets.
• Good organisational and IT skills (DMS experience an advantage).
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers in the dealership.
• Manage bookings, job cards, and workshop scheduling.
• Upsell service plans, products, and accessories.
• Keep customers updated on progress, costs, and approvals.
• Ensure a professional handover on completion of work.
