Job summary

Chapelhouse Motor Group in Wigan is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to support the service department, manage scheduling and keep customers updated, delivering a first-class end-to-end experience.

The role requires parts experience within the motor trade and prior dealership service advisory experience, with Kerridge knowledge preferred and strong communication and organisational skills. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary up to £38,500.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership is required.
• 2 years in a Service Advisor role and 1 year in Automotive experience requested.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the service department with scheduling and customer updates.
• Provide a first-class end-to-end customer experience.
• Identify upsell opportunities on accessories and service items.
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards.
