Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Service Advisor in Bournemouth to support a busy dealership's aftersales team. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, handling service bookings, updates and quotes with professional care.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction. Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturdays on a rota, permanent, with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Service Advisor role for a busy dealership, working within a fast-paced aftersales department and acting as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop. Great salary, benefits, bonus opportunities and ongoing manufacturer-led training available.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage customer expectations professionally
• Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail when managing bookings, workshop schedules and customer updates
• Knowledge of systems such as Kerridge, RTC or eDynamix would be advantageous
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
• Manage service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership and ensure customers receive clear, professional support.
• Liaise with workshop and other departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
• Check vehicles in and hand them back to customers, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and explained.
• Identify and upsell additional work where appropriate, documenting all findings accurately.
• Carry out duties in line with brand service requirements and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
