Kemp Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking a Service Advisor for a customer-focused, front-line role in Westbury. You will maximise service bookings, manage workshop capacity, and keep customers updated throughout the service journey.

Responsabilités

• Dealing with customers and ensuring satisfaction from start to finish
• Utilising workshop loading and keeping it up to date
• Regularly and proactively keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
• Booking in vehicles - ensuring appointments suit both the customer and workshop capacity
• Identifying customer requirements and supplying accurate, fully inclusive costing where possible
• Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information
• Providing customers with full explanations of work carried out - making the most of additional selling opportunities
• Producing warranty job cards in line with manufacturer policies and procedures
• Accurately recording all work requirements - retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs
• Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability
