Vertu Citroen Derby is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, setting expectations and building trusted relationships while maintaining service standards.

You will upsell complementary products, follow up on work, and help us deliver outstanding customer care. Previous customer-facing service experience is essential, with ongoing training and a supportive colleague network.

Qualifications

• Must have previous customer facing service experience.
• Strong customer focus and relationship maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch during service/repair.
• Upsell additional products and follow up on work quality.
