Job summary

Vertu Peugeot Oxford is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This full-time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering a £33,990 basic salary plus benefits and ongoing development.

You will be the link between customers and the workshop, setting expectations, upselling additional services, and ensuring customers are happy with the completed work. Experience in customer-facing service is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience required.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair process.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work carried out.
• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and workshop.
