Vertu Peugeot & Hyundai Banbury is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established dealership. You will act as the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, helping ensure outstanding service while guiding customers through service or repair.

The role requires previous customer-facing service experience, strong customer focus, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary up to £35,000 plus company benefits and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep them updated throughout service or repair.
• Act as relationship manager between customer and workshop to ensure satisfaction.
