Job summary

CUPRA Worcester in Worcester is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will welcome customers, book vehicles for maintenance and liaise with the workshop to manage workload while ensuring a smooth handover.

Working Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with Saturdays on a rota. A basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £39,400 is offered. Previous automotive/dealership experience is preferred, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
• Ability to meet targets and contribute to sales objectives.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and scheduling workload with workshop.
• Meeting customers on arrival and guiding them from drop-off to handover.
• Updating customers on progress, authorising additional work and follow-up calls.
• Liaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
