Confidential Worthing car dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. The role offers a competitive basic salary of 30,000, with an OTE of approximately 38,000 including commission and bonuses.

Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota (8:30am to 12:30pm). You will book vehicles into the workshop, liaise with technicians, and provide ongoing communication to customers regarding repairs and servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential.
• Experience with DMS systems, Kerridge or similar.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Professional appearance and phone manner; friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians.
• Provide ongoing communication to customers regarding repairs and servicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell repair work and service plans.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services through training.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Keep workshop and admin areas tidy and organised.
