Job summary
Listers Group in Worcester is recruiting a Service Advisor for its Skoda dealership. You will handle customer greetings, book-ins, and coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to deliver a seamless service and drive customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to upsell services. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with Saturdays on a rota, and a competitive basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £39,600.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in automotive or car dealership sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with target-driven mindset.
- Professional presentation and proactive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop.
- Greet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
- Update customers on progress, authorise additional work and follow up calls.
- Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely readiness.
