Job summary
Confidential in Crewe is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a busy automotive dealership. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, coordinating bookings, service and repairs from initial enquiry to vehicle pickup.
The role offers a basic salary with £34,500 OTE, bonus and incentives, 28 days leave, manufacturer training and employee discounts. You will work Monday to Friday with one in three Saturdays, in a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional service.
- Booking servicing, maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
- Managing appointments and workshop bookings.
- Keeping customers updated during service and repair processes.
- Preparing estimates and explaining repair recommendations.
- Identifying additional sales opportunities where appropriate.
- Ensuring paperwork and records are accurately completed.
- Collaborating with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
