Hawk Hiring LTD in Eastbourne is seeking a proactive Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy dealership team. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing service bookings, explaining repairs clearly, and providing regular updates to ensure a smooth end-to-end journey.

We offer a full-time role with on-site parking, a base salary of £30,000–£32,000 plus performance-based commission (OTE up to £36,000).

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-prioritize workload in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
• Comfortable learning new technology and dealership software databases.
• Knowledge of servicing department procedures is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required for courtesy car management).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop department, managing the end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle service bookings and explain repair work clearly.
• Provide regular updates to customers and respond promptly to queries.
• Ensure every customer receives top-tier service.
• Upsell service plans and coordinate with sales and workshop teams.
