The role involves upselling core maintenance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and working with our DMS such as Keyloop/CDK or Kerridge. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales specialist in franchised dealership or busy workshop.
• Strong communication skills with CSAT and upselling targets.
• Proficiency with dealer management systems (DMS) like Keyloop/CDK or Kerridge.
• Valid UK Driving Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer check-ins and service bookings.
• Book service & MOT appointments and upsell core maintenance work.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
