The role includes upselling relevant service plans, delivering warm, professional service, and building long-lasting customer relationships. A proven customer-facing background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing automotive role (Service Advisor, Aftersales, or high-volume Retail/Sales).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated and comfortable using sales skills to upsell services.
• Good IT and administrative capability.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer check-ins and vehicle handovers.
• Create job cards and coordinate repair progress with the workshop.
• Upsell relevant service plans/add-ons.
• Maintain clear customer communication throughout service.
