Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Brighton is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor / Car Receptionist to join our busy aftersales team. You will provide exceptional front-of-house service, manage workshop bookings, and guide customers through servicing, maintenance and repair journeys.

The role requires experience in automotive aftersales, excellent communication, and strong IT skills. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone manner.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer repair journeys and bookings.
• Handle incoming service inquiries and scheduling.
• Organise workshop loading and onward travel / courtesy cars.
• Process job card invoicing and payments.
