Job summary

You will be the main link between retail and fleet customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth communications, accurate scheduling and high customer satisfaction from check-in to handover.

The role requires previous service desk experience in automotive settings, strong telephone skills, excellent IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Executive within automotive main dealer or commercial vehicle environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner.
• Organized, customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage busy workshop diaries and fleet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house customer reception and scheduling for workshop.
• Liaise between retail/fleet customers and workshop technicians.
• Manage communications, invoicing, and arrange onward travel solutions.
