Hawk Hiring LTD in Worthing is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Receptionist to join the busy aftersales team. You will act as the main link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication, accurate job cards, and high customer satisfaction from booking to vehicle handover.

The role requires proven service/advisor experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, organized approach. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Customer Service Coordinator within automotive or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Exceptional communication and telephone handling skills, with strong IT literacy.
• Friendly, organized and proactive approach to managing workloads and customer expectations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring clear communication from booking to handover.
• Book vehicles into the technical workshop and provide progress updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person and arrange onward travel as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
