Hawk Hiring LTD in Portsmouth is seeking a Senior Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy dealership team. You will bridge customers and the workshop, book vehicles, handle phone consultations, and advise on maintenance to ensure a seamless, five-star customer journey from check-in to handover.

The role requires hands-on experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised main dealer or busy workshop, excellent phone etiquette, and IT literacy (Kerridge/Pinnacle).

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Specialist, or Aftersales Executive within a franchised main dealer or busy workshop.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, and strong IT literacy (Kerridge, Pinnacle or similar DMS).
• Clear understanding of vehicle health checks (VHC), upselling recommended repairs transparently, and managing workshop appointment capacity.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Book vehicles and act as the key liaison between customers and workshop.
• Handle phone consultations and advise on vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure a seamless, five-star customer journey from check-in to handover.
• Support front-of-house reception and upsell where appropriate.
