Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a friendly, organised Service Advisor / Motor Receptionist to join our Cheltenham front-of-house team. You will be the bridge between customers and workshop technicians, delivering exceptional front-of-house service, scheduling MOTs and servicing bookings, and explaining service requirements clearly to clients.

This role works Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–16:00 with no weekends or early Friday finish.

Qualificações

• Experience as Service Advisor or similar in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems or customer databases.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS / EARLY FRIDAY FINISH)

Role Overview

Seeking a friendly, organized Service Advisor / Motor Receptionist to join our front-of-house workshop team. In this key customer-facing role, you will be the bridge between our valued customers and workshop technicians, delivering exceptional front-of-house service, scheduling appointments, explaining service/repair requirements clearly, and ensuring smooth daily garage operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Motor Receptionist, Automotive Aftersales Advisor, or in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with workshop management software or customer databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous, but not essential.
