What You’ll Be Doing

This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be right at the heart of the customer journey:

• Welcoming customers and creating a professional, positive first impression
• Managing vehicle bookings for service, maintenance, and repair
• Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth, efficient scheduling
• Keeping customers informed every step of the way — building trust and confidence
• Identifying additional work and gaining authorisation in a professional manner
• Delivering a seamless handover experience that leaves customers wanting to return

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who stands out — someone who brings energy to the team and takes ownership of their role:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, well-presented, and motivated to succeed
• Experience using dealer systems such as Pinnacle/Pinewood is advantageous
