Brindley Kia West Bromwich is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will welcome customers, manage service bookings, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure smooth scheduling while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organised, and professional with a customer-first mindset. Experience with Pinnacle or Pinewood is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be advantageous
• A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, well-presented, and motivated to succeed
• Experience using dealer systems such as Pinnacle/Pinewood is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a professional, positive first impression
• Managing vehicle bookings for service, maintenance, and repair
• Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth, efficient scheduling
• Keeping customers informed every step of the way - building trust and confidence
• Identifying additional work and gaining authorisation in a professional manner
• Delivering a seamless handover experience that leaves customers wanting to return
